My visit with Dr. Burton was very easy. Dr. Burton puts your mind at ease, with her soft and caring voice. Since it was my first visit with her, she took the time to go over my health record and asked me if I had any questions. The exam was quick and comfortable. Dr. Burton has an excellent sense of humor. Her office staff are organized and helpful. In a world where a gynecology visit could be anxiety producing, Dr. Burton puts the patient at-ease. I would recommend her whole-heartedly!

I really like Dr Burton. She is willing to have a discussion about everything and help you navigate the complexity of our bodies. I spoke to her about bio identical hormones and she was well informed. Her staff is great as well.

I wanted to share my experience. From the time I had arrived with my mother, the staff was caring, informative and supportive. New patient, and got Mom in, within a couple days. Unheard of these days!!! The nurse is amazing, and completely comforting. Dr Burton is very professional , thorough, compassionate , and I cannot thank her, as well as the staff, for the very positive, healing experience. This IS our place!!! Our office, our Dr., “Burton” !!! ( I have a few other young lady daughters that have seen her for years!! )

Dr. Tracy Burton is an excellent gynecologist. I have been treated by her for more than 10 years and have never been disappointed. I always saw her in the Boca office but for this visit I went to the Boynton Beach Office and the staff there was very nice. I would definitely recommend Dr. Burton 🥰

I started to see Dr Burton for my 2nd pregnancy. My 1st pregnancy was a terrible experience with a different Dr. I am happy to say 21years later, I trust no one else than her. She is kind and smart and always accommodating.

Dr. Burton was lovey, answered all of the questions I had and confidently relieved me of any stress I had concerning my pregnancy. Everyone from the front desk to the techs in the back were very professional and so sweet.

As always Dr. Burton was easy to get appointment. Pleasant and listens to your complaints. Love going to Dr. Burton always a smile and through exam.

The office is run very efficiently. All of the staff are pleasant and helpful. I was taken in on time and the doctor was very thorough and spent the time I needed to address any concerns that I had. The girls at the front when I check in are always awesome, her MA didn’t remember her name is always nice makes me laugh(Hispanic older lady)Dr Burton was sweet as always and made me feel at ease. Doctor Burton is a stellar gyn. I highly recommend Doctor Burton, shes gentle and very kind, answers your questions and doesnt rush in and out of the room. Ive been a patient for 15 years now and am very happy with my gyn office in Boca Raton, FL.

So far so good. The first visit was pretty fast. I really like how informative they are. This is my forth child and my other OBGYNs were not as informative. She told me what they were testing my blood for and what on my next visit they would be testing for. They also gave me a packet when I was leaving with suggests of the stuff to pack for my hospital stay when I go into labor. The packet also had a breakdown of what I can expect to my pregnancy at their visits. And a list of medications that is approved for pregnant women to take. I also really like that when I got to my visit with a very full bladder they rushed me to the back to get my ultrasound done quickly. So far an A+ in my book

I love Dr. Burton. It doesn’t matter what office she’s at. I will always have her as my doctor. She’s very professional very sweet and caring and answers all my questions. I definitely recommend her. I usually go to the boca office. The staff are very sweet and nice. They always make me feel comfortable every time I go there.

I just switched doctors after a move to Boca. I loved Dr. Burton! She was very knowledgeable and nice. I was impressed by how efficient the office and doctor were. I was a new patient and was finished within 30 mins.

I think Tracy Burton is very nice and super down to earth. Made me feel super comfortable to talk and ask any questions we had. Weve also had experience with the other midwives and doctors their and have had great experiences. We love that most are super informative and straight to the point. The staff is also lovely and respectful and they couldnt do there jobs with out them so I have so much respect for everyone in the boca office. We also love Brittany Bove which delivered my 2nd child but she is only in the Boynton office. Thankyou to all of you!

I have night sweats, intermittent sleep issues, I’m losing weight (5-6lbs) rapidly with no dietary or lifestyle changes, my mood is erratic and my anxiety is up. I’m 51. I tried telling these things to Dr Burton. She literally shook her head no, no issue. Don’t use this doctor. Don’t go to Sussman. Go to doctors who have an interest in patients.

Fast, professional service.Short wait time to see the Dr. Burton.Shes very kind, efficient and professional.

They took me on time and got me out fast which I prefer since I don’t enjoy these types of yearly appointments, but I also had a lot of questions this time and they were all answered. I didn’t feel rushed even though I was in and out in 20 minutes.

My daughter and I, a mother of Melissa who is special needs person were very comfortable there and very much liked Dr. Burton, was very easy going for us and personable. We feel Melissa will get the best of care. Very impressed!

Dr Tracy Burton is AMAZING! This is literally the first review I have ever written because she is that wonderful :) She is very patient centered and not judgmental. She listens to your concerns and helps come up with the best solutions for you. Ive been seeing her for around 10 years and multiple pregnancies. I completely trust her and respect that she always hears me out. I delivered my first baby with her at the hospital and I saw her for my second my decided to have the baby at home so I had a midwife the last couple months of that pregnancy. She was ok with that since I was low risk and helped me work it out with my insurance (which was a pain! Thank you to Johana for her help too!) Dr Burton always gave me honest feedback but kept my goals a priority. Definitely a doctor you can count on and develop a relationship with. Also great staff! Everyone is very kind and helpful. Just be patient if they are a little busy as Dr. Burton takes time to speak to her patients which I appreciate and do not mind waiting for.

1 slight issue while waiting to see Dr Burton. They took a patient who arrived after me even tho my paperwork was in prior to hers. Aside from that my check up was fine, short & sweet!

I wish all the Physicians I have yo deal with was like Dr.Burton. she is above five stars when it comes to someone health. Ladies she is very concerned about us. Thats my personal experience and observation. I hope that review help someone thats looking for a good and concern Gynecologist.

Bad experience. They leave all the urine sample in the open cup on top of the bathrooms sink. There were about 7-8 open cups there when I was in the bathroom. It could be contaminated and interfere with the result of the test. The place is too crowded, too many employees and too many patients. Im not coming back.

Dr Burton is the best doctor ever. She is very pleasant and thorough. I would only go to her.

Waiting quite a long time and being required to fill out 2 long pages of med. history, which I Have done in the past, we’re unpleasant parts of the appointment. Dr. Burton herself is very nice and professional puts one at ease quite nicely. The office staff are friendly. Maybe too many appointments are scheduled for one day? but it seems like I waited quite a long time in the exam room for a less than five minute appointment. I was in the office a total of one hour.

Dr Tracy Burton is an excellent doctor, extremely friendly. I wish I could say the same for the other staff. My appointment was running 50 minutes behind and when I asked how much longer I’d need to wait, the woman replied with extreme attitude. The staff are impatient. I recommend Dr Burton, but not this office.

This is a tough one as I transferred here from a GYN that I absolutely loved. I found Dr. Burton pleasant but extremely business like, no warmth. I was a bit irritated as I waited over an hour and 10 minutes to be seen and saw her for less than 10 minutes. The staff was friendly and as I only need to be seen for my annual exam I will visit again in the future.

Very buzy practice, the doctor came in check and took samples. Didnt give me much time to ask questions just a short in and out visit.

This will be the second time using this practice for the birthing of my child. Sussman OBGYN/TLC are a team of true professionals who are on top of their game! I had a bad experience at another facility, and that facility wouldnt care for me. They recommended I come see Dr Tracy Burton and team (I would have gone with them from the outset, but because Dr Sussman himself retired, his name or practice didnt show up in my network). I am happy to be back where I belong, knowing that my new baby will have the same expert care as my first pregnany.

After over 40yrs of seeing male Dr.s who made me fell very uncomfortable I finally found a crew of women that treat you like a important woman and are very nice, personal, professional and understanding. I had an okay experience. I am currently pregnant.Doctor Tracy Burton and staff were polite and treated me and my boyfriend well. They were just a little unorganized, the lights were very dim in the rooms, and it was quite too small for my liking. Everywhere from the waiting room, to the bathroom, and then the actual examination room. It personally just wasn’t my cup of tea.They should brighten up the place and make it look a little more welcoming.

Dr. Burton is very friendly and personable, it was a positive experience and I felt very comfortable there. The staff are very professional and followed all the covid guidelines well. I did not have a long wait initially, my total time spent there as a new client was under an hour so I give this place 5 stars.

She used to be my doctor years ago in Boynton and I lost contact but she started taking my insurance about 3 or 4 years ago and I will never go to another gynecologist. I really love and respect her. Dr. Burton is always polite and very relaxed. The only negative aspect of visiting the office is that you will wait over 40 minutes after your scheduled appt time, even during Covid. But aside from the over scheduling issues, Dr. Burton and the staff is awesome!

Dr Burton was very nice. I never had any issues with her. She was professional and had great bedside manner. Her nurse on the other hand, Jacqueline Gayle-Nicholson, is something else entirely. When I met Gayle, she seemed angry that I told her I had a placenta previa. Was rude and kept telling me it wasn’t on my chart (I had moved and just started seeing Dr. Burton). I told her I didn’t know why my chart said that, no one has ever shown me the chart, I just know what I’ve been told. She then asked who my high risk doctor was and I told her I didn’t have one. She was angry when I told her that too, go figure. She told me if I have placenta previa I have to have a high risk doctor, as if it were my fault I was never told this before. She felt my belly and told me I didn’t have a placenta previa. Then she told me I needed to stand a certain way so I wouldn’t continue to have bad posture. I asked what she meant because I didn’t know I had bad posture. She rolled her eyes at me and said rudely, “I’m just sayin’.” It’s not my fault she misspoke and I definitely did not deserve her attitude. Extremely unprofessional. She sent me to get an ultrasound in the same office (that is a positive about this place, you can get an ultrasound right there and the tech is funny). The tech then showed and told me that I in fact did have a placenta previa. Do yourself a favor and make sure you never have to come in contact with Gayle. She is awful. After my terrible experience where she bullied me for having p.p., my husband called to complain as he was not there and I was too shocked to put her in her place when all this was going on. Staff profusely apologized to him and then called me to apologize. All staff members beside this nurse were lovely.

Such a wonderful experience- from the friendly and helpful office staff to the actual Dr Visit. Would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a gynecologist or obstetrician. We just moved to florida and Dr. Burton and the other doctors in the practice came highly recommended and I can see why!

Dr Burton is excellent, takes her time to explain any concern, I drive from Miami Gardens to Boca just to see her. The front reception is another story, they need to improve on manners and customer service.

Worst experience ever! It was my first time ever going to the gyno & i did not feel welcomed at all. The staff were rude. They seemed as if they just wanted you to leave as soon as getting there, had stank faces. They didn’t do anything to me but take blood out, i had a couple of other questions/ concerns but they didn’t care about that. I was trying to ask but i was ignored and was told “not right now” then when i go to get my blood work done in the room, it’s like an open area and there were about 3 other doctors in the room and the lady that took my blood out just said “it’s negative” i didn’t know who she was talking to, i thought she was telling one of the other doctors some results, then she said “ Did you hear me?” in such a rude way and i turned around just to see if she was talking to me and i guess she was but i didn’t know she was doing a pregnancy test on me, i thought she was getting the stuff ready to take my blood out. But yes, do not recommend, staff were rude and did not care of one’s well being. or atleast mine.

We are on baby #2. With my first baby she took me at 34 weeks and took such good care of us. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my body and my baby. Planed C-section here we come!

Staff greeted each patient( which you don’t see anymore since COVID-19) so was nice for someone to say hello . Medical assistant’s made me feel comfortable. And everyone was respectful and followed hippa perfectly! I would recommend Dr. Burton to anyone who ask’s me for a physician. Thank you guys.

Dr Tracy Burton was excellent I have been experiencing a problem for months she prescribed the right medication and feeling a while better. Her staff are excellent and they don’t keep waiting during the COVID-19.

Had a 10:30 am appointment, arrived at 10:15 am to complete the new patient paperwork. Sat in the waiting room an hour (11:30 am) before being taken back. Sat in the operator another 20 mins before Dr Burton came in. I left the office at 12:15pm.The doctor was personable enough but I was just over it.

Dr. Tracy Burton found out that I had a couple of cyst during my last pregnancy and reassured me that when they delivered my daughter they’d remove the cyst while I was already open. I expressed my concerns with her each doctor visit for fear that they would somehow forget to take them out but again she assured me that they would after delivery. Fast forward to a few months later and my baby is born I had to rush to the hospital for severe menstrual cramps and while doing a transvaginal ultrasound the hospital found very big cysts all over my ovaries. The hospital told me I needed surgery ASAP but they wouldn’t be able to do it that it would have to be my doctor. So I called my doctor’s office and explained to them everything the hospital told me and also letting them know that these were the same cysts they told me they would remove during my delivery. They told me Tracy Burton wouldn’t be back into office until February (this was in November) yet none of the doctors in the office were willing to do it. After my 5th time calling and questioning who would be able to do my surgery they decided to discharge me from their practice for being disruptive all because I was concerned about my body. They neglected to remove the cysts while I was already opened and now I have even more cysts since I’ve had my daughter and I’m in pain everyday, losing weight at a fast pace, and going through hormonal changes. I have since switched doctors and will be undergoing surgery in the upcoming weeks. Please if you have Dr Counsel, Tracy Burton or Dr Laura please find you a new obgyn ASAP. These people are horrible and the things that I’ve learned about their practice since leaving them I’m glad I am not with them any longer. Black woman find a doctor that listens to you when you tell them what’s going on with your body! You know your body best please advocate for yourself!!

I was 20 minutes late due to traffic, after being told that it would be a 2 to 3 hour wait because they were fitting me in. When I arrived, I was rudely told that I would not be seen because there was an emergency with the nurse practitioner and she was leaving. However, the receptionists and staff members there all said in a nasty voice that I need to leave and I can just come to my appointment on Monday. Keep in mind I was trying to visit this doctor because of an emergency that I didnt want to deal with for a whole weekend. I am extremely disappointed in the way they treated the situation, they pretty much left me hanging and Im gonna be calling my insurance company to file a formal complaint. I would not suggest going here at all.

I went to get a biopsy an I was upset because the wrong biopsy was performed on me. There wasnt an apology for doing the wrong biopsy or nothing. I really thought she was a good doctor. A good doctor wouldve came back an said Im sorry. Acknowledging that you done something wrong. Not letting me leave that office feeling any type away. But, instead she asked me can I come back that next week Thursday to do the right biopsy.

TERRIBLE!!! She told a mutual friend that I am a drug addict!!! I will explain........I have a terrible disease, endometriosis, and have had 4 surgeries. I also had to have IVF, because I could not have kids on my own. I went to Dr Tracy Burton, telling her I didnt know what to do, I was, and still am, in pain every day. She told me that it was time for a hysterectomy. I had to beg and plead for pain medication from her, so I could function! I took her terrible advice and had a FULL hysterectomy, everything was removed....both ovaries, both tubes, my uterus, and cervix. Well....I was pain free for 6 months and the pain came back worse than it was before! She gave me terrible advice, as Ive learned that a hysterectomy isnt a cure! She has no idea what she is talking about and should go back to medical school and learn about this gynecological disease. Also, just recently, I met up with a mutual friend and she told me that Dr Burton told her that I WAS A DRUG ADDICT!!!!! This is a HIPAA violation and an invasion of my privacy as her patient! The funniest part is that she only gave me 1 script for pain medication, since Ive been going to that office for 7 years! She is a terrible person and a terrible doctor. STAY AWAY FROM HER!!!!

It was a long wait but it was worth it. My doctor helped me with all the questions that I had and listen very closely to everything I told her. I highly recommend her !!

This doc is Horrible and un Professional has no knowledge at all she delivered my friend baby and forgot something in side makes her bleed for 2 days . Also I went to check up with my doughier and ask her for advice she ignored me and talk to my girl and make here against me not helping at all don’t waist your time go there
