I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Boston IVF. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. My partner and I completed a semen analysis test in August, and it took them an entire month to send the results via fax. During that time, we made countless attempts to contact their outside patient center—at least 15 calls were made, none of which were returned, either to me or to my physician. The only reason we were able to obtain the results was because my physician had to personally contact the department manager. This level of communication is completely unacceptable for a medical institution, especially one dealing with fertility. The lack of responsiveness and disregard for patient concerns is appalling. This experience was a complete joke.
I would highly recommend Boston IVF. Dr. Nina Resetkova was excellent during my husband and I journey with IVF. With her help, I now have a beautiful baby girl. The entire team have also been great, especially the nurses. Again, highly recommend Boston IVF!
I am so grateful to the whole team at Boston IVF! Everyone is wonderful, answered all of our questions, was very supportive through the entire IVF process. We are so happy to have a happy and healthy baby boy thanks to Boston IVF!
I dont know if I can even come up with the words to describe the experience my husband and I had with Boston IVF. Dealing with infertility is a scary, and unknown path that can be isolating for the many couples who face it. From the very first call that we made, not knowing what questions to ask or how to get the process started, until we finally achieved our dream of becoming pregnant- we had full support from a highly educated team of providers. Every person you come in contact with is kind, understanding, and most importantly sensitive to youre specific needs as a patient. I never felt like a number, and I never felt like we were just anotherappointment to make a buck. For anyone battling infertility - you will not be disappointed choosingBoston IVF.
Communication is very poor. I spent my year of treatment with BIVF playing telephone tag and leaving/receiving voicemails. That being said, the staff were nice and they did do their jobs. I never had a bad in person experience. My issue was solely trying to get in touch with them and how they very rarely answered their phones.
I did not feel supported here in my fertility journey. It was a challenge to make appointments and get on the phone with anyone. They frequently ran out of appointments, and I would have to wait a whole cycle to get an appointment. I had issues with them miscoding tests which left me with a huge bill and dealing with billing for months on end to get it corrected. When I finally decided to leave this clinic, they were very unprofessional and did not get my medical records to my new clinic on time for my intake appointment despite my giving them ample time to do so and multiple reminders.I would not recommend.
Echoing Will above. *Exact* same situation. I am coming up on a months turnaround time for my SA results. Still nothing.Ive called. My PCPs office has called. Weve all left messages on their may-take-up-to-5-business-days-to-return-your-call answering service, which is the only obvious avenue of communication with these people for those without a Boston IVF care team short of my physically showing up at the joint and asking why a test that takes presumably ~a day to result is taking them a month to review and push to my PCP (and the acoustics in that lobby are good, let me tell you--Ive been tempted to do just that, just loud enough for the whole waiting room to hear). The request here is that somebody does some paperwork. Thats it. Id make a joke about how its surely an even lower-effort task than my generating the sample itself was, but Im classier than that, and its kind of a self-own, so I wont. And if theyre lackadaisical about the little things like this, that leaves me wondering what else would hit the fan if my wife and I were to engage Boston IVFs services in other, more expensive capacities. Which, needless to say, we wont be doing. Totally unacceptable.
Communication is very challenging. I feel like I’m pestering them but everything is time sensitive in IVF. The billing dept had incorrect info that held up approval for a procedure. It took calling 3 times to rectify it. Now trying to connect with my nursing team but wait times can be up to 5 days and I’m scared I will not receive a call back for meds in time for my procedure. I’m a patient of Dr. digirolamo. I’ve had positive meetings with her but I only talk to her once or twice a year. I find there isn’t anyone on the care team to ask questions or get clinical next steps.
Dr. Emily Seidler at the Lexington Clinic performed three cycles of egg retrieval for me. After the third transplant, I had a healthy son. I am very grateful to all the staff at Boston IVF for helping me realize my dream of having a child.
Had such a great experience. Dr. Seidler & her team were amazing! Answered any questions/concerns we had. Both Nikkis made everything so easy when it came to the appts / meds. They were so easy to talk to.
Boston IVF was fantastic. Everyone I saw throughout the process was kind, helpful and communicative. I would recommend to anyone looking for support throughout their journey.
Great facility. Staff is friendly and helps with any awkwardness. The place has a clean and modern look. Adds to the comfort that things will work out. Rooms were comfortable. Patient pickup in rear. Location is nice being in an industrial park.
Dr. Luzzo and her team were extremely informative and professional. My husband and I had an amazing experience and felt very supported by their personal. So grateful for Boston IVF and their incredible team who gave us our beautiful baby girl.
Thanks to Boston IVF, we have two healthy children. All the employees were kind, helpful and professional through countless challenges and setbacks. I can’t possibly thank them enough.
I am so very grateful for Boston IVF. It was a long road to get our now 20-month old daughter, but I would tell anyone that whatever we had to go through was SO VERY WORTH IT! Boston IVF was wonderful to work with and the staff are all so caring and supportive. We cant say enough good things about our experience with them.
Dr. Bartoletto was amazing! He anticipated our questions before we even had to ask and was very kind and thorough.
This was my second egg retrieval and the process was smooth and easy. I appreciate everything Dr Siedler and the team at Boston IVF did for me and my family!
I contacted Boston IVF after I couldn’t get an appointment with an OB/GYN for a year and I knew I needed to Be checked out with reproductive endocrinology. We had been trying to conceive for over six months with no luck. I reached out to Boston IVF in May 2022 and had an initial appointment early July of the same year and then by September all of our testing was complete and we had a plan for IVF. Our process was based on my cycle and we started the first part of treatment late November. Our egg retrieval was in December.Initially, I felt like just another number or another person to go through IVF at Boston IVF. However, as I got to know the nurses (Donna was great to work with once I spoke with her a lot during treatment) and care team members, I felt like they genuinely cared about me as a person. Dr. Brian Berger was fantastic and I highly recommend him. Initially, I didn’t care for the nurse practitioner zoom call for the first Boston IVF visit, but I did appreciate the flexibility as I live over an hour away. I would’ve liked to speak to the doctor in person, especially after our phone calls dropped out a few times, but he did call back. But I also understand that phone calls and zoom calls allow for more patients to be able to come through Boston IVF and it keeps the process moving.I will say it is very frustrating to have to call and leave a voicemail and wait for a call back, however, after going through treatment, I understand that there are important phone calls that are made earlier in the day by the staff team for treatments that needs to be given that evening. I read some of the negative reviews and a lot more about billing. It is up to you as the patient to reach out and find out about your insurance coverage. I called my insurance company multiple times before I moved forward with any treatment. I wanted to know exactly what would be covered. Initially I paid copays and lab costs to Boston IVF, but then once my medical problem was diagnosed I was reimbursed most of what was charged. I also took it upon myself to reach out to my pharmacy to find out how much the medication would be, and if there was a cheaper pharmacy that I could go.We had a successful transfer on March 3, 2023. We welcomed our son into this world on November 1, 2023. We still have a frozen embryo and look forward to working with Boston IVF when we’re ready to move forward.
I couldnt find reviews on simpler cases when I was researching this facility so I thought Id share my experience. My goal for treatment was to preserve my fertility since my partner and I arent ready for kids.I had one virtual appointment with my doctor and that was our only interaction the entire cycle. I had an issue I wanted to discuss with her mid process but her receptionist said her next availability was two months away.Their communication isnt great. The nurse contacted me to order BC when I had already been taking the pills for 5 days. I was only supposed to take them for 15 days but ended up taking them for a month because there was some internal comms issue. When I called for clarification, the nurse I spoke to was very curt and told me I shouldnt be this uninformed about the process because all the information is on their site. Mind you, this was a very new process to me and their site isnt user friendly. My ultrasounds during this entire process showed my uterus was more accessible trans abdominally. I asked for this to be included in my notes and it was. On retrieval day, they still decided to do the process transvaginally and were only able to retrieve 26% of the eggs. They scheduled me for a transabdominal retrieval the same day but it was too late at that point. The nurses I dealt with on surgery day and the phlebotomists and ultrasound team were absolute gems. Id be remiss if I didnt acknowledge their outstanding empathy and professionalism. This is a very expensive, emotionally taxing process and I just wish this facility understood that instead of treating patients like numbers. The reviews about them operating like a giant factory are unfortunately accurate. Im researching a smaller clinic for my next cycle.
Boston IVF, the nurses and the doctors are the best of the best. They really make what can be a challenging and difficult time a little easier. I have 3 successful IVF babies (3 under 4) and am so grateful for Boston IVF. I truly can’t say enough nice things or put into words what this places means to me and my little family. ❤️
For an entity whose job it is to help couples conceive a baby, their business is run like an absolute abortion. Between the disinterested Physician (Dr Pauli), the nurses who can’t be bothered to help answer questions (or answer the phone for that matter), and the billing department that is in constant disarray, it’s hard to tell if any aspect is actually run in a professional manner. Never in my life have I ever had to follow up with a physician repeatedly over multiple weeks/months to obtain simple answers. If you want to talk to an actual person, good luck. The high point of my entire experience was when we somehow got on the phone with the billing department, they were the ones to tell us that our embryo didn’t make it. Not a doctor…not a nurse…a billing coordinator. Jesus Christ…this place is a clown show and I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.
We chose Boston IVF after failing to conceive 3 times after 4 years doing IVF with different places. Boston IVF, especially Dr. Rita Sneeringer, successfully helped us to have a beautiful baby girl. Dr. Sneeringer and her medical/administrative teams were so wonderful. They helped and took care of us whenever we needed them. In fact, Dr. Sneeringer happily inserted embryo herself. We will do another IVF with Dr. Sneeringer in about 18 months.
They wont settle properly with my daughter. She paid for procedure that her insurance also paid for. They kept her funds and sent back insurance payment. Thousands of dollars out of her pocket when her insurance will cover it. How confusing and stressful. Or course my daughter paid more than the insurance company paid. So of course Boston IVF wants to keep her money instead of use of insurance.
HelloThe clinic is really well organized. They answer all your questions. Really helpful information. I’m really excited to start this journey.
I’d give zero stars if I could. Please save yourself time and frustration and select a clinic that actually cares. I’ve been a patient of Boston IVF for over a year and still have had less than 30 total minutes with a doctor. Besides testing, which was an actual nightmare (it feels like they’re herding cattle in the testing room, I had to go back 2x to get proper tests completed because “they forgot which tests I needed”), I’ve only had 1 Zoom call with the doctor and the nurses were only available to leave me voicemails or respond with a few word emails. You can NEVER reach someone on the phone, ever. Finally after tests were complete and my husband underwent a full on surgery (with a Boston IVF doctor), I was able to get another ZOOM appointment with my doctor - only to have it canceled because “she couldn’t find the results” of my partners tests. This place is unprofessional, unorganized, and most disappointing is their disrespect of their patients who are ultimately going through a very hard time and process. Please, GO ELSEWHERE!!! Find a doctor and clinic that actually cares.
This place should be shut down. Me and my wife underwent ivf treatment with Dr. Berger and he was horrible. He made you wait 3 months after a failed ivf treatment to speak to him for ten minutes over the phone. Not a in person consult. Not a zoom call. A 10 minute phone call. Imagine paying all this money undergoing all this treatment having a failed treatment and not knowing why for 3 months when a doctor could have just took 5 minutes to call you. I am a dentist. If a patient has a question about the treatment they are doing with me they call me and I get back to them within 48 hours. I have 3500 active patients. When you call the office you have to leave a message and they will call you back. So if you don’t wait by your phone all day for their call you will miss it and not have your questions answered. Ivf is very stressful process. Dr Berger and his staff made it more stressful. They are ruining peoples lives. So many other people wrote similar reviews. I regret not listening to them.Update: I asked Dr. Berger for a follow up consultation. He won’t meet with me or my wife. He is not professional enough to even answer questions about the treatment he provided. These are sick people that are ruining peoples lives.
After a few years of trying to get pregnant we went to Boston IVF. Words cannot begin to explain my appreciation for them. I have two beautiful boys because of the wonderful people who dedicate their lives to helping those of us with infertility issues.I will say - don’t be shocked when they make you pay for everything upfront and before they’ll give you your protocol. Does it kind of make you feel like you’re just another number? Yeah, but I see why they have to do it.Dr. Lannon was our doctor and I love him so much. Not one to sugar coat things but still very compassionate. All the nurses are amazing, the front desk people, the people who take your blood, we had great experiences with everyone. Highly recommend.
We have only had a consult so far but Kristen Adams was amazing! Super compassionate and patient. She answered all our questions and put our minds at ease.Update: Only con so far is trying to get a call back from the receptionist. Like 3+ DAYS without a call back until i send an email. I work healthcare so I know its crazy busy and I believe she is the only one in Portland but there has to be some better system or way to (help support her) get calls back with time sensitive matters. The nurse line has gotten back to me day of which is fabulous because they are who I call when I need to go in next day or day of! 🤗 because of the horrible time with call backs, I dropped a star to 4
Absolute garbage billing dept. They don’t run your card for months after hitting a snag then suddenly run THOUSANDS randomly and I can’t pay my mortgage let alone feed my kids. Thanks hajaj! Real awesome how you can’t possibly follow directions. If the money isn’t available for 1 day, that doesn’t mean you stop trying until months later and do it all at once. Psychopaths. Had a bad experience with my first doctor there and now every few months they take all my money randomly! I’ve told you to try a few days later, but you never do. You just sit on 6 months and then take it all. That is without my permission to run it all at once. Ready to file a police report on her.
I worked with Boston IVF for going on two years to have a successful pregnancy, but they were fantastic throughout the physically and emotionally-draining process. Dr. Thomas Toth worked with us through regular virtual appointments, and had a combination of scientific experience and personal empathy that assured us of the evidence behind the methods we tried and made us feel supremely cared for. One small area for improvement was in scheduling follow-up appointments; we would often make a decision but not be able to act on it for a month or two due to the doctors availability, which could be frustrating for an already long process. But overall, I recommend the care team at Boston IVF wholeheartedly.
Not a personalized experience. Continued giving me the same treatment that was not working for several months rather than trying another medication. Only talked to the doctor a couple times over 6 months. Wasted 6 precious months and then got pregnant naturally working with a functional nutritionist.
I would highly recommend Boston IVF (Bedford). The team is professional and attentive. They made themselves available to answer our questions and have truly helpful through a daunting experience. I had all but given up on the idea of carrying a child of my own when Dr. Toth came into our lives. He was a sound voice of reason and restored our hope. When the process did not go as planned, he truly listened and led us down a new path that ultimately resulted in the birth of our son in January 2023. Also, Nicole O. was excellent at educating us throughout the process and making sure we were clear on next steps in the process. I am forever grateful for Boston IVF!
Every time we went to Boston IVF it was always a memorable experience. Sometimes sad but the support of everyone there was what made the experience better for sure. Without IVF we would not have our 2 beautiful children today. My son turn 5 tomorrow and my daughter is 5 months. We will forever be grateful for everything you have done for us.
I like everything about Boston IVF. Doctor and nurses keep look after you and keep you on track for every steps. Im successful with my first baby and Im so glad I found Boston IVF.
Forever grateful for the care I received at Boston IVF. To a person, I encountered compassionate and knowledgeable staff who were fully committed to helping me become pregnant.
I was interested in having a zoom consultation with this office. I scheduled it 1.5 months in advance. They sent me exactly 33 emails requesting documentation, called me twice and then canceled my appointment because a week prior to appt they claimed I had not provided them an e-signature on 2 documents. (I did). Spamming people with 30+ emails so that you can obtain two pieces of information is ridiculous. When I attempted to tell them of my unpleasant experience, they did not care and told me to have a nice day. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
I am very thrilled to say that Boston IVF finally helped me getting pregnant. I am so thankful! Dr. Luzzo and her staff were all wonderful! Even when I had an emergency they had me go in right away.
So many people told me to go to Boston IVF. So I waited 2 months for an appointment only to have one of the worst experiences in my IVF journey. The dr did not spend any time talking about protocols or their plan, discussing finances (even when we said we didn’t need to), and instead belabored why we should go donor “the goal is transfer, you’ll never regret a donor egg baby” (even when we started the call stating we were not looking to explore that option yet). The science just wasn’t there. Other clinics are more cutting edge and try to make modifications for your specific issue, not just follow the same old plan. As many people have said, the administration is a mess. We did not get our logins until we requested them, could not get staff to confirm they had the paperwork we needed, the day of could not find a link to the meeting but could not get anyone on the phone to help us. The dr finally shared the Zoom login information. We’ve had 2 other clinics tell us we were borderline and this dr told us she’d try but made it sound like we were hopeless (I’m only 34…). I left in tears and my husband left furious. We’ll be going to a clinic that is more cutting edge, has multiple protocols, and wants to try for their patients rather than just get a transfer number by any means necessary.
The nurse practitioner was very thorough and explained everything that she was doing. The medical assistant was very informative and was able to answer all questions that I had in regards to the procedure. Overall a great experience.
The worse place ever, especially Dr Wright. I got big infection under her care that resulted in 10 days hospitalization and a big surgery. She was careless and didn’t bother to know why my fever wasn’t going away after they did a procedure. She ignored and just didn’t even guide me accordingly other than just saying go to your gynecologist to follow up. Greedy, ruthless place. Period.
I was in great care with my Boston IVF team. My doctor and nursing team were top notch with their attentiveness to my care, showing patience and empathy every step of the way. I would 100% recommend.
Boston IVF helped to make our dreams come true. Every single person we interacted with was amazing and made this sometimes scary experience positive and memorable!
I cannot even describe how AMAZING my RE Dr. Seidler is, Dr. Kim in anesthesiology, the surgery schedulers, nurses and OR staff are. I was really nervous about a procedure I had to have after losing a pregnancy. The entire staff went above and beyond to help me get through the procedure and recovery. Dealing with fertility issues is not easy, but all of these people help make it easier. Thank you to all of you! Huge shout out to Ms. Kathleen in surgery scheduling, of course my Dr., Dr Emily Seidler and Dr. Kim in anesthesiology who has been my anesthesiologist 4 out of my 5 procedures, she is the best!
Boston IVF truly is an amazing place. Dr. Pauli and his team worked tirelessly to help us build our family. We will be forever grateful for all that Boston IVF has done.
Couldn’t have asked for better trust, comfort and knowledge of everything and anything related to fertility!! Loved Dr. Bayer and his whole team- they were simply amazing in every step of the way!! ♥️ would recommend to anyone and everyone.
Lets see if we can sum up the inefficiencies in this place that you should prepare yourself for if you choose to use them.To begin, good luck scheduling an appointment, weve never been someplace where you cant call, speak to a human and make an appointment. A simple concept. Instead the receptionist will only schedule when they can call you at their convenience, so make sure you arent busy or you dont miss that call or you get sent into a ridiculous phone tag game.Next, you will want to make sure you are clear about what tests the Dr wants for you. Then when you show up to get them done, verify that they ordered the correct tests. Twice the receptionist didnt actually order the correct tests for us that the dr discussed in our meeting. Requiring multiple trips back, when it could have been done in one visit from the start. We suspect this is done on purpose so they can milk the insurances for the most possible visits. There is a serious lack of communication within this clinic that we overlooked and forgave the first time we noticed, but after 2 months of experiencing similar signs we deduced that it could not just be a fluke. Which is about the time we decided to start looking at other options. You now have the info needed to make an educated decision, dont let your emotions cloud the signs in front of you, and the fact this place sees you as nothing but a reoccurring paycheck.Funny thing is they basically fired themselves by simply never even bothering with a folllow up phone call. Thats how much they care. One good thing you can count on, is the records department is 100 times more responsive than the receptionist making appoinments. So when you decide to take your business elsewhere getting your records is quicker than making an appointment.....2 stars instead of 1 because theres a Costco nextdoor.
Dr Lannon showed great empathy toward both my husband and I and was a great listener. He spent a lot of time just talking with us about various options and educating us about where to go from here. We both felt very comfortable with him and are excited to be working with him.
We showed up online at 9a EST / 6a PST for our appointment. Dr. Li showed up at 9:25am for our 1hr appointment. We tried calling every number Boston IVF provides and there was no answer - actually, each number just rang into eternity or had the busy tone. We told her we couldn’t stay beyond our allotted hour and would need to reschedule, and she yelled at us for being inflexible to her schedule and said it specifies in the scheduling email that patients should expect this (it does not). So, not only unreliable, but unaccountable. How could we trust her with our bodies?
As a patient of Boston IVF for the past 15 months, I can say that I could not be more disappointed. I put aside being treated like just a number time and time again but when I ended up being treated with tremendous disrespect following a billing mix up on their end (which cost me $2,000 unnecessarily), I will not give them another cent. Going through a fertility journey is an incredibly emotional experience and for a care team to treat a patient with complete disregard is unacceptable.
Boston IVF helped my husband and I to have the family we’ve always dreamed of. Every person we worked with was pleasant, kind and understanding. The only negative was having to play phone tag a lot of the time. Otherwise, a great experience.
Boston IVF of Waltham changed my life and gave my partner and I the family we always wanted. The doctors never gave up and continued to implement new modifications to have a successful pregnancy. After 8 attempts and early miscarriages the nurses and staff provided the support we needed and today we have a beautiful baby girl. Couldn’t thank them enough!
Very nice staff and smooth process. Dr.Pang is a wonderful doctor. Well experienced. Had 2 successful transfers(4 year old son and 3 month old baby girl) Cannot thank enough for making my family complete😊. Would recommend to anyone who is struggling to conceive
I have had two IVF babies through Boston IVF. At every appointment I have had my questions answered and feel that I am being provided great care. I also find all of the medical providers and support staff to be caring, which is extremely important when battling infertility.
We were successful with our first transfer with Boston IVF! Our baby is almost 8 months old now. We hope to work with Boston IVF again in the near future, even though we moved to Maine.
It took us a few tries but I am now the proud mom of Ava Grace Lucio . Our IVF miracle girl was Born on July 13, 2022. Dr Resetkova was our Dr and she was amazing! Highly recommend her and Boston IVF for any one struggling with infertility issues!
The people are very nice and helpful. However the way they communicate with patients meaning the means only by phone is a little difficult. I wish they would allow for messages through the app.
This place is terrible; I wouldnt recommend it. All they cares about is the money from your insurance (seriously, at times it is so obvious; they have no shame). Also, they lack professionalism and ethic. The first lady I talked to over the phone was incredibly rude and patronizing, saying things like you need two people to make a baby because my husband wasnt there to hear the conversation that morning. I wouldnt recommend our doctor there, Dr Pauli. We saw him several times but after he discovered my hcg from a previous transfer from elsewhere hadnt gone down, Dr Pauli told me he couldnt help me because it was a possible ectopic pregnancy and he didnt want any liability. So we completely panicked, all alone, only to find out that it WAS NOT an ectopic pregnancy! Who does that? Tell a patient she might have an ectopic pregnancy and abandon her like that? It can only be someone who doesnt care at all about his patient. The nurse felt so bad that she asked me to come in hiding to check again if my hcg had gone down. The only persons I would recommend there are this nurse and Helen, the acupuncturist. Helen is great and she behaves like a human being!
I was extremely surprised by Dr. Li. She manipulated very gently so that I didnt have any pain. The support team is very friendly and professional, the ultrasound technician is very cute 🥰Thanks to Dr. Li, Jaime, Amy, Izzy, Emily.
Great consultation, but still havent received the follow up email.
The Waltham location receptionist that faces the back wall lacks any kind of positive emotion towards patients who have never been there before. Unfortunately since we still required services we kept quiet for fear of retaliation. The acupuncture business that is in house provided pre implantation and post services for a fee. However, the acupuncturist attempted to take my phone and place it across the room even after I placed my hand on it and said no. She told me I need to relax and she doesnt allow phones. I told her I am 5 hours from home and that people rely on me as an emergency contact. Still argued which stressed me out - what a great prep! Then she stayed and advertised her business and criticized my local acupuncturist. Waste of money and time. The Portland, Maine location was my local office and they are great - Dr. Lannon and nurse Tiffany were very helpful. The only reason for 4 stars is that Portland brings up the average.
My first appointment was supposed to be a telehealth consultation that they never arrived/called for. When I called the office to find out what happened, they sent me to a voicemail box. No one ever called me back.
Sorry I can only give 2 stars. My 2 , 4BB(5 days) blastocysts were declared dead by the laboratory during the second thawing. The reason is poor quality. I have a problem with the claim of poor quality. My husband was very angry. In such a large hospital, there is such a thing as thawing dead embryos. Is it poor embryo quality or a technical problem? Im so disappointed. .
My husband and I had a great experience with Boston IVF. They gave us hope when we were running out of it. They were great at letting us know exactly what we needed to do and were helpful with setting appointments that worked with our schedule. They explained everything very well. We went through a couple of IUIs and 2 IVF cycles and got our miracle twins who are now 3 years old. :)
Boston ivf is in a word amazing! Words can’t express the pure love and gratitude I have for the doctors and staff there for giving me two out of my three “miracle” babies! I was a patient for many difficult years of infertility. Dr Berger is second to none, he’s brilliant, supportive, caring and the epitome of optimism under very discouraging and challenging circumstances. I feel very blessed to have gone through my journey with Boston ivf and I will never forget the endless and unwavering compassion, encouragement and support from every single person I encountered along the way. Keep up the continued amazing work that you all do. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, love the Kelly family.
The staff was nothing but professional during a very rough time in our lives. They all had a smile on their faces and made it easier for us. We were treated like real people and not just patients. I cant say enough about Boston IVF and how great they were.
I went to boston ivf hoping for exceptional care after failing other therapies and ultimately ending up at ivf as our only option. I can’t say that was what I received. The ancillary staff, communication, and monitoring department were absolutely amazing. The portal was great. However, I do not feel I was really listened to and I felt my concerns were dismissed. I had three failed transfers and now am back at square one with my third clinic. I am NOW getting the treatments and diagnostic procedures that I was denied prior to losing three precious embryos. There are many many physicians and teams at Boston ivf, so if you feel yours is not a good fit or you are not being listened to, don’t hesitate to switch.
If youre reading reviews of Boston IVF, you already know that infertility absolutely sucks, so my intention is to be brutally honest with this review and my experience so you know what to expect. If you dont take the time to read this, the short version is that I would 100% recommend Boston IVF, and I will absolutely return there if I struggle with getting pregnant again. After struggling to conceive, and having a less than ideal experience seeking help from my gynecologist, my husband and I turned to Boston IVF at the recommendation of a professional my mom knew, and worked with Dr. Alper at the Waltham location. First they ran every fertility test they had to ensure that they properly understood any factors influencing our inability to get pregnant, then Dr. Alper discussed the results with us and talked through the treatment plan that would work best for us. From there, we went through 3 ovulation inductions and 2 IUIs, and would have moved on to IVF shortly thereafter except that the second IUI worked, and our beautiful baby girl is now almost 4 months old.I will start with the cons, because there just arent many of them. I had a few occasions where there was a lack of communication/timeliness between parties (Boston IVF nurses and financial coordinator and primarily my health insurance) that jeopardized the cycle I was in more than once. I am admittedly a bit type-A and wanted to be pregnant yesterday, so I was prone to panic at these situations. In I believe every case but one, this was primarily due to my insurance failing to approve medications/procedures on time, so not Boston IVFs fault - just a warning that this does happen, no matter where you go. In one case it was due to an internal lack of communication, but they did resolve it in time. I will say that in the end, it did end up working out every single time - no cycle ever had to be delayed or skipped. Im just prone to worrying about these things. Now the pros, because they really do far outweigh the cons. I dealt with a good number of Boston IVF staff over half a year, from phlebotomists to ultrasound techs to nurses to doctors, during 2020 and a pandemic, and I have never encountered a single person who was anything less than just astoundingly kind and a pleasure to be around. Infertility is so incredibly stressful, and your whole life is turned upside down trying to make things work, and I cannot describe to you what a difference it makes that on a morning when youre rushing to fit in an ultrasound and praying the results are good, to have an ultrasound tech who is just the nicest person, telling you that this is your cycle and asking what music you want to have playing. And as someone who is truly terrified of needles, the phlebotomists were always so kind and helped to distract me. Not to mention that I was scheduled for procedures on Thanksgiving day and Christmas day, and the staff were so kind and patient, there was not a hint of a complaint that they were giving up the first half of their holiday, and a major holiday at that, to help patients like me. On top of all that, Dr. Alper was very knowledgeable and explained the obstacles we were facing and the options to overcome them. All in all, my experience with Boston IVF was so overwhelmingly positive that I could not give any less than five stars. I am doubly grateful - first, that they made having my daughter possible, and second, for the kindness and compassion they showed me while I went through infertility treatments. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, and I will absolutely be back if we have trouble conceiving again.
Me and my husband had an excellent experience during the course of our fertility treatment at Boston IVF. Since both me and my husband are very sensitive and emotional, during this sensitive time, we wanted to go with someone who is optimistic, friendly, caring, very particular with the whole process of IVF, and yet a staff who kept us a bit disconnected with the emotional aspect of the process. Our doctor was Dr. Alper and he was great. Hes usually quite busy and sometimes it was hard to get appts with him and we had to book all the Appts far in advance. But he was very practical, kept the main goal in perspective and I think he knew exactly what he was doing. He communicated well with our nurses to keep them informed about our IVF protocols. He also made time to be there for embryo implantation. The nurses were by our side always and if I ran through any issues, they made their strong effort to get it resolved right away. The only negative thing was that the nurses are usually too busy and it was hard to directly reach our nurses over the phone. Nevertheless, when we left a message and if it needed immediate attention, they took their quick action. we could also stay connected with emails, when necessary. After 2 rounds of IVF, we were blessed with a baby girl. We are very happy with our positive experience and I think for our next baby we will go with Boston IVF and Dr. Alper.
My wife and I have been working with IVF Boston at both a satilite office as well as the Waltham office. We cannot say enough about how helpful and supportive the entire team has been thus far. The staff has been super responsive to all of our questions and concerns and have made us feel completely respected and accepted through the entire process. They have been professional and positive. We look forward to continuing our journey towards starting a family with the help of Boston IVF.
Overall the experience was good. But I just didn’t connect well with the provider I was given, and didn’t feel like a good fit.
Working with Dr. Sneeringer has been great. Overall, the nurses are great. I felt that a nurse was not listening or understanding my queries in about two instances. However, after a follow up with another nurse, I got the answers I needed.
Unfortunately, I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. With the exception of a few specific nurses and folks who drew blood, the clinic caused more undue stress on top of a high stress situation. Calling and getting responses back regarding testing was poor—I nearly missed my window to test despite calling several times until one person heard the desperation in my voice. The same happened when I was going thru the actual part of injecting myself. And BILLING? Messed up my billing repeatedly. After my procedure, I asked for crackers knowing how nauseous I would get and I was told I couldn’t (NOT protocol). I recommend women look elsewhere. This was the cliff notes version of my terrible experience that I wish on no one
Dr. Thorton was wonderful and my wife and I are forever grateful for her support, the nurses, NPs, lab techs who all were part of our conception journey, especially during COVID. I appreciate Boston IVF is continuously looking for ways to become a more inclusive health care environment. While at times my local site in Worcester would run late for bloodwork appointments, and the donor shipping process was hectic, after a year+ all of that seems/feels to be in past and we are looking forward to becoming parents in the near future.
Boston IVF turned this whole horrible process into a pleasant one. I am horrible with names so I am sorry I can thank my team for the egg retrieval personally but I have to say they made me and my husband feel so warm and comfortable. Everyone was friendly and kind. They took the time to know my husbands name which no one had bothered to at our hospital so far. They explained everything clearly and my nurse literally held my hand until I fell asleep. The anesthesiologist was so kind and talked to me the whole time relaxing me. Even registration made the process smooth and a pleasant experience. I am not disappointed at all on our decision to go through them and I am sorry for the people who gave bad reviews but I work in the medical field and these guys go above and beyond for you
I dont know if I can even come up with the words to describe the experience my husband and I had with Boston IVF. I never felt like a number, and I never felt like we were just another appointment to make a buck. For anyone battling infertility - you will not be disappointed choosing Boston IVF.
I would highly recommend Boston IVF Waltham to anyone who is struggling to conceive. I have 3 beautiful children thanks to the hardworking, friendly and attentive staff at this location. They make what can be a complex and painstaking process seem like a breeze. I remember meeting with one of the physicians here when I was scared to be taking that first step after struggling with infertility for years and they were so comforting in telling me not to worry, that infertility is temporary. They really go out of their way to make this process as easy as it can be, from start to finish.
We transferred to Boston IVF after 7 unsuccessful cycles at another center. Dr. Penzias encouraged me to try a cycle with him - the last one insurance would pay for, because of his ideas to try a different medication we have a son that will turn 7 next month! We also had 2 “surprise” daughters who are 5 and almost 3! Can not thank him enough! In addition, Nurse Kristen M. was absolutely wonderful!
I could not have had a more positive experience with the doctors, nurses and staff at Boston IVF. After so many hardships, they never once lost hope, allowed us to process information, were always there to answer questions and provide support. Their dedication to our family and to our goals allowed us to welcome and bring home our rainbow babies.
After a horrible experience at the Portland location the Waltham location was a full turn around. The nurses doctors and staff are extremely caring and helpful! I’d recommend them to everyone. Thank you all for your support with my procedure. I truly appreciate how much better run this location is
DO NOT CHOOSE BOSTON IVF!!! Boston IVF (Waltham) was the worst experience of my life. They STOLE from me. They informed me I owed a copay for my visit based on the insurance info I provided them and I paid it. Later I found out my insurance did not charge a copay. I called and they said they used the money towards other expenses I had copays for- BUT I paid all other copays Boston IVF charged me. So basically they ate my money and came up with a lie when I confronted them and never paid me back! The financial cheating was only half of the story. Boston IVF also treated me awfully - I did not feel like a cared for patient. Once they got my and my insurances money, the way they treated me changed entirely. In my initial consult, the doctor assigned to me- Dr. Digaralomo- was nice to me and spoke in soft tone. In my last appointment with her, she was rude and mean and her tone of voice was even different. She told me I was too fat to conceive and that they couldnt help me- this is after spending thousands of dollars on visits and 22 tests they said they needed from me. All of a sudden, I was tossed out with no alternative solution provided. I am overweight but I have friends who are MUCH more heavier than me who were able to conceive healthy, happy babies. I dont know why I received such scrutiny from Boston IVF. All I know is once they get your money, you can expect customer service and any bedside manner to be nonexistent. They just dont care about you, they only want your money. STAY AWAY! BEWARE!
Boston IVF was a fantastic source of medical care. After many years of back and forth and focus on cycles and attention to every detail it was just what I needed to be able to trust my doctor and follow the plan. I didnt need to make timing decisions and second guess myself down to the tiniest detail, I could let go and just let things evolve as they needed to go. My team was able to roll with changes, kept me up to date with info, and worked with us to find ways to make paying for everything out of pocket a little more affordable.
I had a terrible experience under the care of Dr. Berger and Nurse Sharon L. Neither the doctor or nurse cared to follow up up with me after I expressed terrible symptoms I was experiencing after taking medication prescribed by them. I could not get a hold of them! Emails after emails were sent and weeks went by. They do not care about the quality of patient care or the safety of their patients. This was an extremely scary experience and I cannot believe they have their medical license. I strongly believe they need to go back to school and learn quality patient care. Under there care while seeking answers I had to make an apt with another doctor because of their lack of response. Please stay away!
I just had my embryo transfer last week, and am now in the waiting period before we find out if the embryo has implanted. As I wait, I thought this would be a great time to reflect on my experience with Boston IVF and to express my gratitude to the staff. First of all, I’m just in awe of this incredible technology. I’m so grateful to those who have come before me, and have helped me get over my own nervousness by answering my questions and sharing advice. Regarding the staff, I’m really appreciative of the care I’ve gotten so far. My husband and I are working with Dr. Berger, and so our first consultation was in Quincy. We live on the MA/NH border but heard he was worth the extra drive time. Which he was! Very thorough and caring. We got two high quality embryos, which has us feeling hopeful. After that I did blood work and ultra sounds in the Waltham office. The early morning appointments really helped. The phlebotomists and ultra sound techs zipped me in quickly. For this 1st cycle, the nursing staff have always been super nice and thorough when they’d call with instructions. We decided to do genetic screening, so we did a frozen transfer. Dr. Berger did our transfer last week. So far it’s been an overwhelming, and an incredible experience. I’m so grateful to all of the staff who have played a role in helping us get to this point, including acupuncturist Lili with the Domar Center. I had an acupuncture treatment before and after the transfer, and it really helped. So, now I’ll go on with the waiting and use this outlet as a little therapy to hopefully create some good vibes! Thank you, Boston IVF and Dr. Berger and Lili!
Absolutely amazing. Thank you all for being kind supportive and positive. Had a procedure with Lynn and Sarah today and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everyone makes scary and unknown territory easier.
Had a wonderful experience! My doctor, Dr. Pauli and his team were amazing! So glad we went here and chose his team! Thank you for everything! We have a healthy baby boy thanks to you all!
Thank you for bringing Michaela into our lives! Dr. Berger, you knew it wouldnt be easy, but you were up for the challenge. Our family is complete thanks to you and the wonderful staff at Boston IVF.
My husband and I have received care from all Boston IV providers that has been above and beyond. The level of professionalism, ability to understand all our needs and answered each and every question at a level comprehensible to a couple who really knows very little. Dr Sneeringer and Nurse Meg Kennedy have been by our side through the ups and some very sad downs. They always call us back the same day and take time to make sure we are comfortable with our fertitly treatments. No one really wants to go through fertility treatments but Id choose Boston IVF over any other provider (and we have met another provider ;( ).
Boston IVF helped my husband and I start our family. It may have taken a few years to have our first daughter, but we were treated like family the whole time we were there. Dr. Michael Alper and Dr. Carla Digirolamo were amazing, along with all of the nurses, phlebotomist, and other staff. Thank you!
I went to fertility centers of New England and had the worst experience. Came to Boston IVF and had the best experience!!!! Im now pregnant. Thank you Dr. Thornton and your fantastic team. Meghan the ER nurse was so genuine. Thank you guys.
I came to find Boston IVF after an exhausting 3 1/2 years at another clinic. Whereas my previous Dr. felt I was running out of options, Dr. Thornton was confident in her approach. I got pregnant with twins soon after and you know what? For the first time, they stuck around!Everyone in Worcester and Waltham was always incredibly helpful - be it navigating insurance coverage, to ultrasound techs, nurses and doctors. I accidentally left my asthma inhaler in the OR during a procedure and someone actually offered to swing by my house (45 min away) because she lived in the area!Recently Boston IVF held an event celebrating 30 years of success stories. While it was an emotional experience, it felt incredible to be surrounded by the love of their staff and thousands of people whove shared a similar story. With such an emphasis placed on community, Im proud to say that while Boston IVF helped build my family, Ill be a part of theirs for life.
I started treatment with Dr. Thornton in February 2015. The doctors, nurses, and the entire team are very supportive, positive and realistic. We underwent treatment until November 2015 when we got pregnant with our first child. The experience at the Waltham office was just amazing - I miss seeing all their faces! We are currently (May 2017) seeking treatment out of the Worcester office for a possible second pregnancy. I love their online tracking tools for appointments and watching our cycles. Cant say enough great things. We also saw Dr. Zimon for an appt and Dr. Berger did our retrieval & transfer for our IVF cycle. An amazing team that works very well together - Id highly recommend them all if you are looking to start a family.
They work very closely with patients to get the best results, I had a great experience in my firs visit. I will very recommend it.
Boston IVF was instrumental in helping us conceive our 2nd daughter. Our first came easily but after 2.5 years of trying we couldnt conceive and since I was nearing 40 we didnt want to wait any longer. We called Boston IVF and soon met with Dr. Sneeringer. She is fantastic!!The staff at Boston IVF is wonderful. After a preliminary minimally invasive procedure I got pregnant and when that resulted in a miscarriage they grieved right along with me and helped me move forward. We ended up doing the full IVF process (I used medications to grow multiple eggs, they harvested the eggs, they fertilized them with my husbands sperm and they re-inserted the now fertilized eggs into my uterus). Boston IVF helped us every step of the way from teaching me about the medications and showing us where to find detailed play by play demonstrations online, to giving updates after every blood test and ultrasound, to following up long after fertilization to see how the pregnancy was going.I cant say enough good things about Boston IVF. They felt like a family and worked with us to give us a precious gift - who is now 6 weeks and 4 days old.
They’re the top of their field. Dr. Penzias was great, very to the point, knows his stuff. The nurses are all quick to return calls and give good instructions. The ultrasound and phlebotomy and OR folks were all super professional and skilled.
I had gone to another facility the first time undergoing IVF and experienced complications. I was told there was nothing they could do for me. I then went to Boston IVFs Providence branch. Dr. Bayer listened and reviewed my case. He came up with a completely different protocol which enabled me to get pregnant immediately without complications. Now I have TWO beautiful children, one who is 4 years old and another who is 18 months old - both children are from the same IVF cycle, my younger one is a result of a frozen embryo transfer. We are very grateful for the staff at Boston IVF. Our family is complete!
This place is a joke. They either need to hire more staff or take less clients that they can handle. I have left numerous voicemail and getting call back is miracle. If this continues, my treatment might take years. Only person I can get hold of is billing dept when I pay my bills.
Thank you to the entire team at Waltham center for my greatest gift. To the nurse Rachel who was there for my transfer day made me so comfortable and had nothing but kind words thank u never stop doing what you do!!!
I have to agree with prior (NEGATIVE) reviews. The Billing Department from Boston IVF is a disaster. My fertility specialist, unfortunately, works with this facility. Here is my egg freezing journey:This review will be useful if you decide to do egg freezing/retrieval: As many of you know neither the procedure nor the drugs are covered by medical insurance. I tried several cycles but unfortunately, the last attempt did not produce mature eggs. The procedure alone costs approximately $5000-$6500. When I called Boston IVF to inform them that I needed a refund, I was told they charge a cancellation fee (OK understandable), but it is an astonishing total of $4500 !. Seriously? This is pure evil psychological welfare, especially when one is at its most vulnerable state. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Boston IVF
Terrible terrible experience . The main nurse who draw blood sticked me 3 times and the other one sticked me twice . The hit my nerve for which its still hurting and i have bruises on both arms i had to wear full sleeves to hide them . They were roaming with needles as if they are new or inexperienced and keep on blaming me continuously for being tensed and blood vessel dissapearing because of it. obviously on 5 th attempt after hitting your nerve and getting a swelling one would get tense because never happened with me before i have given blood month back from somewhere else .now I cant bend my arm . And after 2 days my pointer finger tip is continuously burning. They need to train there nurses how to draw blood for every case they should be expert .simple task turned out horrible experience for me and i dont want to go back again😢for more complex .
I would not recommend using this office. I had terrible experience with Dr. Thornton and her team. In a very personal and stressful fertility journey, they were not supportive and the communication was poor. They did not respect our wishes to try a non-invasive fertility approach. We met with Dr. Thornton to discuss our test results and she could not provide details. Her computer went down so she had called an assistant to pull our records - of which all she had in front of her was the abnormal result. I would have liked to know the full picture- how good were my normal results and what does that mean. My husband and I felt like we were a number - not a patient. She presented us with two options - IUI or IVF. The only thing that was abnormal with my results was high prolactin (with no pituitary tumors). Her approach was to take a drug to lower prolactin and then immediately do IUI. My husband and I left that meeting thinking - no we are not doing IUI. They can send us the literature, but well try the medication to bring my prolactin down first. Well try to conceive naturally. Two weeks later I go in for my prolactin bloodwork to see if I was responding to the medication. I was told I woud be called that afternoon with the results - a week and half later, I get a call from Village Pharmacy that my IUI medications are in and ready for delivery. That is how I found out that my prolactin levels had dropped enough to try to conceive.I called the office furious. That they would go ahead and order medication on my behalf without any permission. They said their nurse had walked me through the procedure and sent me the literature. In my eyes, and in legal terms, that does not represent consent. A mandatory consent form is required to start any of these procedures - of which my husband and I had not signed. The story continues but I think you can get the point. Please do your research of Drs before using this clinic. I whole heartedly agree with the other reviews that the other support staff were wonderful (technicians, PA, etc.) Just Dr Thorntons direct team were the issue.
After 3 years of working with out local fertility doctor I was told IVF was our only hope. We researched all the IVF centers in New England and decided to put our trust in the hands of Boston IVF. We first met with Donna Quickly followed by Dr Alan Penzias. After he looked at my past medical records ( PCOS, hypothyroidism, complex hyperplasia with atypia, hashimotos, and hormone imbalance) he still thought he could help! We drove 3 hours to the Waltham center had our first retrieval even got super lucky to have dr Penzias do the retrieval! All the nurses were fabulous! Unfortunately 3 days later we got a call none of our 18 eggs fertilized correctly, the eggs broke down and allowed several sperm in each egg. I was sure all hope was gone. I was crushed. The heartache was more then I thought I could bare. To add salt to my wound I was going to have a follow up call with Dr Penzias. How would I survive this call? Should I not answer? Make my husband take it? Maybe I would die of a broken heart before he had time to call! Well 3 days later at 1 the phone rung, box of tissues in hand I answered. It was Dr Penzias, but he said this was not the end!!!! There was another medicine to add!!!! It should make the outer shell of my eggs stronger! Did you hear that??? Hope!!! Well thats in feb we drove back to Waltham and did our 2nd fresh cycle, 3 days later we transferred 2 beautiful babies and on march 17 the most beautiful sound I ever heard my little babys heart beat of 147bpm. I delivered a beautiful baby girl who is now 7. Dr Penzias will never know what he did for my family! Its way more then just his job! Even 7 years later he still recognized me!
Dr. Neithardt and Layla (nurse coordinator) we’re an amazing pair. Dr. Neithardt makes the Waltham provider team shine. I hope her transparency and love for what she does keeps burning.
The staff and doctors at Boston IVFs Portland, Maine, location treated us with patience, kindness and good medicine. Were so glad that we found them and their Portland office. All my questions were answered quickly and completely and they made me feel like I could ask anything. Thank you!
Dr Sneeringer and her nurse Meg were both amazing. I was referred to a fertility clinic by my Obgyn and I went to this one because one of my friends used dr sneeringer. Everything was explained to me in detail and they answered all my questions. I now have a beautiful baby boy and will be going back there for baby #2. I was there for almost a year so I spent a good amount of time with them! Highly recommend them!!
Overall the doctors and nurses were fairly nice. Their financial department are the worst and are so rude and I was hung up on. Only reason I used them was bc of insurance. Wish I never had to use them.
The staff is wonderful and Dr. Penzias was AMAZING!!!! He is so kind, nurturing and empathetic. I would recommend Boston IVF and the Waltham staff 100 times over and over!!!Thanks for my beautiful family :-)
My husband and I can’t say enough about BIVF! Everyone is so kind, knowledgeable and understanding. The level of service received is unlike any other clinic in the area. Call them today!
Updating my rating because the Waltham location has gone above and beyond to make my experience much better. Dr. Penzias and his staff were incredible - detailed, thorough, friendly, and on time. Only took off one star because of my bad Stoneham office experience.
I’m a patient of Dr toth best Dr me and my husband could’ve picked he’s so attentive and answers all the questions we have he listens and is always there to answer any questionsMy nurse Nicole is the most amazing nursesI bothered her all the time with questions and within minutes I’ll get an answer backSame as all of the other nursesThank you
My consult was excellent. Me and my husband cant wait for this journey. We are beyond excited. Many blessings to come. We are seeing Dr. Pauli
While the Doctors and the processes may be wonderful in my opinion. The Billing department is a JOKE... They dont want to help the patients at all. They are all in it for the money and are RUDE. They do have SHADY billing practices where they bill the insurance TWICE for the same visit because they have two schedule systems... they also bill for a magic facility that is just their facility anyways. SURG CTR OF WALTHAMThe Billing department is just UNWILLING to work with you for anything. Just imagine what i know some people have to deal with when it comes to out of pocket services.... God Help them...
The first meeting was great education. Dr. is great guiding and educate though step by step. It was very helpful and understood all step.
After God it was this place that helped us conceive and now we have a son to hold. Forever thankful for Boston IVF!
Amazing staff and support throughout entire process.
Had a great experience. Friendly, fast, knowledgeable both for ultrasound and for laboratory work.
The worst experience. They do not care. The doctor didn’t care the nurses didn’t care. For them you are just a number.Dr Kim Thornton never even called me once at least to discuss what’s the best option for me.She just prescribed the meds for me and that’s it.Go kill yoursef if you want to.I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone.I paid a lot of money for what? They didn’t do anything.I had to call the nurses so many times cause they just don’t care that’s it.They told me I should go for egg retrieval when there was only one egg there.I did 4 ultrasounds and I’m very surprised that they didn’t see that.Do yourselves a favor and find another doctor.
The Boston IVF staff are truly incredible. They make a pretty intense and nerve wracking experience positive.
Staff was on time for my appointment and made me feel very comfortable. I have had nothing but a great experience so far!
Amazing staff. So caring and attentive. Helped me bring my little girl into the world!
Boston ivf blessed us with our 2 sons. Everytime I stepped in to the office, I was greeted with a smile, compassion, a hand to hold when needed and Hope!
Staff and our clinician all very friendly and helpful, welcoming, clear/concise information, and easy telehealth access.
Could not be happier with my experience and outcomes with BIVF. So thankful for their help and giving us our miracle baby.
Boston IVF and its amazing staff are the reason we now have our sweet rainbow baby to cherish EVERYDAY. Truly grateful!
This is a very difficult thing to go through.. I was constantly in the dark, went through a miscarriage with no help!! You call and get a voice mail and have to wait all day for a call back!
I am so grateful for Boston IVF! Great doctors and wonderful staff! I highly recommend them!
Most people are friendly but there few people there make you feel like you dont belong there. if you are all ready stress .It don make it any better when staff treats you that way
Boston IVF is one of the worst clinics we have seen. Dont waste your time and money here.
Amazing doctors and nurses 💕
Moved to Boston IVF after a bad experience at another office. Best decision!
Quick and easy but not rushed. Everyone was attentive and helpful.
Amazing staff, my wife and i got treated incredible and all our questions were answered
My Dr was so patient and kind! Grateful to have her assistance!
Attentive and understanding staff. Can not say enough good things about the clinic in Waltham and their office in Worcester
Please leave a message, and we will call you back before 4:30PM is really not an acceptable level of service.
