The staff was very friendly and helpful, Rhonda was very professional and friendly. Melissa made me feel comfortable and actually listened to me, she took her time and answered all of my questions. I’m happy I found a place where they actually care about their patients…thank you!

The staff is so friendly and the care from Stenbar was absolutely great. She was very patient, kind, and welcoming. When communicating with everyone here you feel very much seen and not like they’re in a rush to get to the next person. Would recommend care here for anyone!

Briana is a great provider! She is very thorough and I felt very comfortable throughout the whole visit. Office is clean and staff is pleasant!

Melissa made me feel very comfortable and went above and beyond for me during my appointment. I also had the sweetest nurse who took my vitals prior to me seeing Melissa. (I really wish I remembered her name :( but she was amazing. I’ve been here before but my recent visit was definitely my best.

Melissa Bennett is very personal and professional. Doesnt make an awkward situation awkward. Shes caring and understanding. Definitely recommend.

Dr. Brianna Stenbar was amazing, personable and made me feel very comfortable. I like the professionalism and the fact that she let me know exactly what she was doing before she did it. This was my first visit and I Googled reviewed Gynecologist in my area because I needed a new one due to insurance change. Very happy I chose this office.

I have been Stenbar patient since december 2023. They dont respond to calls and emails. Sooo tired of waiting for them to call back. Didnt want to give bad review but office manager promised me in january that wont happen again but here we go again in May trying to reach Stenbar.

Excellent staff and excellent care.The office staff and provider Melissa were so nice and helpful.When you walk in an office and the front desk are very friendly and greet you with a smile. My experience with capital women’s care was excellent. They made it easy to communicate and book my appointment. Upon arrival, every staff member was kind and welcoming. During my visit providers went above and beyond to communicate procedures and information as well as show that they genuinely cared about my well-being. this was one of the best doctors visits I have ever experienced.

I had a great experience for my first visit with Brianna Stenbar. She was extensive with questions and made sure I felt comfortable within my care. Front office staff was great as well, easy and quick check in. Coming from Dr Pernal’s office where it is hard to reach them over the phone and the care is hardly worth it. this is drastically different and it is wonderful to feel heard within your healthcare.

Quick and easy check in. Very welcoming office with a large waiting area. Very pleasant associates. Wait time was acceptable to meet doctor. First time meeting Brianna Stenbar and she was very professional and caring. Since I moved to this area on the Eastern Shore, I was very pleased to be able to stay with Capital Women’s Care. I will definitely recommend Brianna to anyone needing woman’s care.

It was my first time seeing a gynecologist, so I was nervous. However, Dr Brianna and Dr. Melissa were so professional and super nice. They helped me with my problem that I’ve been having, and they made me so comfortable during the whole process. Highly recommend ❤️ (for those looking at reviews, I would ignore the low stars. Everything has greatly improved from the previous years, including the staff)

I came to Brianna Stenbar after horrible experiences at Chesapeake Ob/gyn. She was attentive from the beginning and super thorough with her examinations and recommendations/treatments. Issues that I had for years were resolved in a visit! I appreciate you!

In the past I had the pleasure of being cared for by Kerry and Dr. O and loved it. More recently I called to schedule my yearly Well Woman visit and was told Dr. O was no longer with the practice, and I knew from a previous visit that Kerry was no longer with the practice as well...so my heart kind of sank. Ive seen a lot of doctor turn over lately on the Shore (Va. & Md.) and its not been good for the patients or practice...so naturally I was hesitant about booking. Let me tell you, I had the new doctor, Dr. Brianna S. and she was amazing! She had a great bedside manner, showed genuine concern for me as her patient and is very knowledgeable! Shes all the things that I had come to love when being a patient of Dr. O and Kerrys and I LOVE that! She is a very nice addition to the other doctors and staff and now I have only one request for her...PLEASE STAY! lol Seriously, I would not hesitate to recommend her to family and friends at all.

Brianna Stenbar is an amazing CRNP. She listened to my needs as a patient and worked with me to come to a solution for all of my future health endeavors.

This was probably the fastest , cleanest , most proficient doctor visit I have ever had. I checked in as a new patient , had my vitals taken, had pap smear consultation with the provider & blood work. It was all done in 50 minutes from check in to check out ! And as an added bonus everyone was super nice and very professional .

I was very comfortable, and talked through everything, and had no issues. Brianna Stenbar made my experience extremely easy and comfortable. Everything was clean and organized.

Place was clean, I was scheduled the same week, I was seen promptly, and the doctor (Brianna) was amazing. Probably the best and personable obgyn I have had. I have anxiety but she was reassuring, informative, and made me feel comfortable.

I had previously written and shared a much more positive review of this office having decided to give them a second chance after a series of frustrating occurrences and knowing they have had a turnover in staff and a recent location change. That said, I am now further frustrated by this offices lack of communication and failure to return phone calls and enough is enough. I had an appointment scheduled for August which I had to change due to a schedule conflict. I was given a reschedule date of 10/23/2020 but when the day arrived they did not have me on their schedule. I was rescheduled for 1/22/2021and when that day arrived I waa once again not on their schedule (I even had a letter in writing from the office with the appointment info). They apologized and said they could reschedule me in March resulting in me being now many months behind for both my well check and my mammogram (my mother died of breast cancer so this is extremely important to me). To add further insult to injury, my provider left and I was not notified. I was very upset and, therrfore, the doctor did agree to see me for a limited evaluation due to an issue I was having. I left feeling much better about the staff and felt the doctor was very thorough. Fast forward to a week later and my pharmacy is still waiting for a return call from the doctor because my insurance wont cover the medication she prescribed (the Rx costs nearly $500 without coverage so I am essentially forced to wait on the doctor to get this resolved). Once again, I have called and left messages for this office and have, of course, failed to receive a call back - this has happened numerous times over an extended period of time and seems to be the norm for this office. I am now facing potential health issues and wonder if those issues could have been discovered sooner had this office not failed me so miserably.

This medical facility is excellent, very clean, friendly with extremely professional staff. I highly recommend Capital Womens Care to any woman who needs attention care and medical assistance. Being very particular, and considering my New York City high standards, Brianna Stenbar is absolutely excellent !!!

Started off great when I first started going here. Great doctor that would listen to and understand my concerns and give me options that would work best for me (Only reason they have two starts instead of one). I dont know if it was the pandemic or their move but they went downhill for me. My appointment was rescheduled several times due to the pandemic and I understand that so I do not hold that against them.I had surgery in July for an issue that they were helping me with. Come late November I started having more issues. I called the office for over a week and left messages with no response. I had all be went into the office but didnt because of covid. One day I finally got someone and was told I had to schedule in the next few days as it was my doctors last week. That was the fastest I ever got in to the office. I ended up having to come in for two appointments in one day due to it being her last day. Never once was I notified that she was going to be leaving till I tried to make an appointment nor did they hire anyone that would take my insurance as her replacement.I have been calling to see if they have a new doctor yet but can never get through to the office. Last I got through to the office was in 2020, a month after I was seen. I asked if they had a doctor that took my insurance and they said no but to call back in a month. Needless to say that they have not answered any calls I have made since.I have been looking for a new doctor with no luck and would go to the doctor I had if I knew where she went. Now I am on a timer to find a new doctor because they never gave anyone notice to find a new doctor before she left.

Very happy with my visit with Brianna Stenbar. She was caring and empathetic and made a new patient feel very welcome. Im so glad I found her.

BELIEVE THE ONE STARS!! Made an appointment for 11:45 with the receptionist on the phone, and I know I did this time because 11:30 wouldn’t have given me time between my class and driving here. The receptionist who I spoke to on the phone just hours earlier put down 11:30 despite our conversation, and would not allow me to come in for my appointment. A mistake on HER behalf. Rude, unorganized, and unprofessional. I made it clear I had a serious issue that could not wait and there was no compassion or even an “I’m sorry”. Like all the other one-stars which make up the majority of this place’s reviews, do not come here. Find another OBGYN.

I had to go to the office to schedule an appointment because no one answers the phone or calls back. I scheduled my appointment and had to wait two months to be seen. On the day of my appointment, I arrive and they tell me Im not on the schedule. After explaining that I was scheduled and have an appointment card, they said that Dr. Kerri Ellinger quit 12/9/2020, and I should have been contacted. The front desk staff apologized and offered to schedule me for an appointment 6 months out. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.

I have used this practice for many years. When I moved to the eastern shore, I was glad to find an office of this practice in Salisbury. Easy to get an appointment, easy to find and Lea Barker, PA-C, was great. Took time to find out any concerns and provide needed referral for routine tests.

Dr. O is absolutely THE best!! However, it is quite frustrating calling the office, leaving multiple messages, and waiting over two weeks for calls back. Ive loved this practice so much in the year Ive been going to them, but the way they handle their phones and calls is more than a little frustrating.

Dr O and the medical assistant Rhonda are so rude. I had some concerns with some lab work I had done and Dr O called me with so much aggression and so much rudeness when I asked her a question. I know she knew my situation! The bed side manner is not good! Jessica Day was a great PA to be seen by there but unfortunately she’s gone which is VERY unfortunate but I will not be going back there. The receptionist AMAYA IS WONDERFUL! Unfortunately she can’t see you the whole way through

I highly recommend Brianna Stenbar, CRNP and Capital Women’s Care. From check in to check out everyone was professional, personable and willing to help or answer questions. I truly felt cared for.

Been going there since I been a teen. Through college and I travel a lot. I had a few problems over the years as an young adult in regards to there customer service but now they have new doctors that make me feel important and the young lady at the front is very kind everytime I come, finally feels like home❤️

This is the worst run business I’ve every come across. I’ve been calling the for over a month trying to schedule my annual exam. You can never get someone on the phone. So I’ve left multiple messages and one one will ever call back. So today I schedule to get off work early so I could get to their office before they close. Got here at 3:15. Hours say they are open until 5pm. But turns out they just randomly close on some Friday without posting it or leaving a sign on their door. So I took off work early for nothing. Not I have to schedule to take more time off work to go to their office another day. Do come to this office. If you are already a patient here like I have been the past 4 years consider looking for a new office

The checking process was simple after I completed the pre mobile checkin. The staff were wonderful once I arrived and greeted me at the kiosk! The provider Lea was very gentle and explained my options for questions that I had thoroughly. I highly recommend this facility!

Dr. O is fantastic. Very detailed and takes time to talk to you about what’s going on and more than happy to explain anything. Not all of the office staff are as thorough or polite. I’ve had numerous times when I have been treated like it’s an inconvenience to answer a question or had to call repeatedly to get answers or schedule appointments. I know there’s been turn o we in some of the staff, so maybe that will improve.

No stars! I went for one small issue. By the time we were done I was charged an additional 145 dollars for a pap that I don’t even need. I told them that when I arrived. I also got a text from them saying we don’t need to schedule you a sonogram because you had a hysterectomy….so…I am refusing to pay the 145. Don’t trust them and get the whole story before you go in

Dr.O was thorough, professional & caring. Everyone I encountered on her staff were very helpful and accommodating. Going to the gynecologist in general is easily my least favorite of any kind of dr appts, but I highly recommend Dr.O...she is the best!

Facility is brand new, beautiful! Friendly staff. Bloodwork taken right there..no lab needed. Easy to access parking. PA listened well and even returned a call on the weekend.

They dont care about being pro active with your ins co in getting your non formulary. Staff changes constantly. Ive been waiting 2 months without my medication

. My wife been going there for years. Don’t go. Very unprofessional. She was seeing Jessica and Keri. I felt like they were forcing her to see Dr. O by coming up with excuses as to why she couldn’t see the others. It saddens me to see Keri leave. My wife was in the other day and it wasn’t even anyone sitting at the front desk. Stay away!

Unfortunately this practice had a hard time managing my records and appointments, lost a test result and did not even have the decency to inform me that my doctor (Dr. Ogunlade) was no longer with the practice. Moving elsewhere. They need a new office manager.

Great customer service. The ladies at the reception desk were very kind and my OBJYN was too, as well as the assistant. Very clean and organized office as well! And plenty of parking!

Professionalism is top on my list. I experienced that from all aspect of my visit. I really appreciated the way Dr.O took TIME to make sure I understood what was being explained & gave me a chance to feedback.

I used to love this office for the 5 years I have been a patient with them but I dont think that I will ever be going back after my last visit. I honestly do not know how they are still in business or how they continue to pay staff that are unprofessional and no help to patients that come in.

I had great experiences here up until now. No one informed me that Dr. O was out of the practice. When I called trying to get my information straight, the person who answered the phone was very rude and hung up the phone.

They were so friendly and welcoming. Helped me out in a day after my old gynecologist brushed me off for months !

If I had the option, I wouldn’t give this place any stars. I’m totally disabled with minimum income and they found a way to charge me close to 200.00 dollars for something they KNEW my insurances wouldn’t cover and I DIDN’T need. What a rip off. Never again. I should’ve taken heed to the negative reviews.
